Roel Theunissen Clinic:

November 3-4,2005

Returning North to his second home (we wish!) from his new digs in the wilds of Georgia. Roel Theunissen conducted an intensive 2-day clinic at Mistover on November 3rd and 4th. Over the two-day period he worked with 13 different horse and rider combinations from novice riders to Grand Prix riders. Roel’s enthusiasm for the art and discipline of dressage is so infectious, a number of visitors as well as many of the clinic participants audited the clinic.

"I appreciate the way Roel is able to choose and explain exercises to help my horse and me grow in our understanding of each other."

--Carol Paterno

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it takes an entire barn to put on a clinic! So:

• A very special thanks to Barbara Vignogna for baking a birthday cake for Roel
• Thank you Jan Lloyd for watering the indoor at 8:00 PM.
• Thank you Sam Kuntz for dragging the arena at 4:15AM on Friday, so all could ride and Roel got to the airport in time!
• A special thanks to all of the Mistover staff for their continued good nature!
• Thank you Lord and the coffee maker for a good cup of Joe in the mornin’!
• And a final thanks to the riders and visitors for participating and to all of Mistover’s friends…thanks for checking in!

Mistover looks forward to hosting more clinics and shows in the future and we hope you will be able to join us.
